根据破碎岩体光面爆破参数的设计原理,结合开阳磷矿用沙坝矿区破碎矿体的实际条件,研究分析了脉内异形断面巷道的合理光面爆破参数和炮孔布置形式。通过采用EPE管对药卷间距进行精确定位,使之满足轴向和径向不耦合装药的设计要求,试验获得了良好的光爆效果。异形断面巷道成型良好,顶板基本无直接冒顶现象,为后续的锚网支护创造了良好条件。
The reasonable smooth blasting parameters and blasting holes layout for irregular section tunnel within the vein was studied and analyzed by adopting the design principle of smooth blasting parameters and taking into consideration of the actual conditions(the ore body is broken) in Yong-sha-ba mining district of Kailin Phosphorite Mine.The EPE-tubes was used to locate cartridges precisely to meet the design requirements of radial and axial decouple charge.The blasting result is satisfactory,and the irregular section tunnel has formed a good shape,and there is almost no roof-fall accident directly,which creates favorable conditions for subsequent bolt and mesh support construction.
