By means of dilute-separate technique and tissue-separate technique, 154 fungi strains were isolated from 263 soil samples and 58 stiff insects which infected by Beauveria from 43 regions of 13 provinces in China. The 154 Fungi strains were Beauveria bassicma and B. brongniartii by traditional classification. The strains were identified through DNA-ITS analysis, which had not distinct characteristic different from each other by traditional classification, and the results showed those strains were still B.bassianca
