考虑密封材料与车窗的复杂接触作用,采用功能等效原理,以非线性刚度弹簧对模拟非线性夹持约束,通过有限弹簧对来实现整体车窗密封约束的离散化等效;通过三维曲面重构确定了双曲率空间车窗包络边界和升降路径;采用三维实体建模和驱动函数建立了三维车窗密封系统的动力学模型,并拟合出升降摩擦力、时间和车窗重力等密封动力学参数的变化关系,从而实现了考虑适当滑动阻力和摩擦平衡的新型车窗密封系统的优化设计.
Taking into consideration the complex contact between seal material and window,the functional equivalent principle was adopted by using non-linear spring sets for modeling non-linear constraint,so that the whole complex constraints between seal and glass were discreted by finite spring sets.For the double curvature window,its boundaries and motion path were determined by free surface reconstruction.In addition,using solid modeling and driving function,a 3Dautomotive window sealing dynamics was constructed.The functional relation between dynamical parameters such as friction,time and mass was accomplished,which supported the new window sealing optimization with proper slide and balance friction.
