为研究折叠翼展开机构的动力学性能,基于MATLAB下的SimMechanics建立了折叠翼展开机构的动力学仿真模型。借助Simulink Library函数库,实现了折叠翼展开角度、展开时间、展开到位时的冲击力等重要参数的仿真控制,获得了折叠翼展开过程中各参数的输出规律。在确定地面试验方法的基础上,完成折叠翼展开机构原理样机的研制,并进行地面模拟试验。将仿真结果与试验数据对比分析,结果表明:翼面能及时展开到位、可靠锁定,且展开驱动力越大,展开所需时间越短,锁定冲击力越大,衰减时间越长,但由展开进入完全锁紧状态所需总时间更短。分析结果为折叠翼展开机构的可靠性评估提供了依据。
Aiming at researching the dynamics performance of deployable mechanism of folding-wing(DMF),the dynamic simulation model of DMF are established based on SimMechanics.The response parameters,including deployable angle,deployable time and reaction force,are realized by using of Simulink library,and the output curves of parameters in deployment process of DMF are acquired.The test device for prototype experiment of DMF is finished and prototype experiments is conducted.The results of simulation are compared with experimental data.The simulation results show that the folding-wing can unfurl to the assigned position quickly and can be locked reliably.The deployable time decreases with the augment of driving force,the impact force and attenuation time of the lock instantaneousness increases.But the whole time of deploying can be shorter.These analysis results provide the basis for reliability evaluation of deployable mechanism of folding-wing.
