射频功放模块是无线电能传输系统的重要组成部分,它的输出功率的大小直接决定了无线电能传输系统的传输功率。阻抗匹配是射频功放模块功率有效输出的必要条件,因此阻抗匹配对无线电能传输意义重大。本文理论分析了无线电能传输系统的等效阻抗以及影响阻抗值的因素。并针对无线电能传输系统阻抗特性提出了五种不同的调节阻抗的方法,并分析了其对无线电能传输系统的传输功率和效率的影响。最后进一步通过实验证实了所提参数对系统功率和效率的影响,为提高无线电能传输功率和效率提供了参考和借鉴。
RF amplifier is a key part of wireless power transfer. The power of wireless power transmission depends on the output power of RF amplifier. Impedance matching is critical for improving the output power of RF amplifier in wireless power transmission system. Equivalent impedance of wireless power transfer is presented and the influence factors on power and efficiency is analyzed. Five methods to change the impedance are proposed to improve the power and efficiency based on the impedance characteristic. In the end, the effect of five parameters of impedance matching to power and efficiency of wireless power transmission is analyzed through experiment, which provides reference for the further design to improve the power and efficiency in wireless power transmission system.
