掺杂稀土金属对含钛高炉渣光催化性能影响

含钛高炉渣作为一种光催化材料其量子利用率以及对太阳能的利用率都很低,考虑到稀土元素由于其特殊的电子结构在形成氧化物时具有良好的半导体特性,其金属氧化物的掺杂能在一定程度上改良含钛高炉渣的光催化性能的特点,将掺杂稀土氧化物的含钛高炉渣用于紫外线照射条件下亚甲基蓝溶液的降解试验中,并通过射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段检测寻找最佳稀土元素掺杂量。试验结果表明:稀土元素CeO2,Y2O3的最佳掺杂量分别为0.5%、1.0%,此时其对亚甲基蓝的降解率分别达到72.2%、74.0%。

英文摘要:

Titanium-baring blast furance slag(TBBFS),as a photocatalyst material,its quantum efficiency and utilization of solar energy are very low.Because of the special electronic structure,the rare earth elements are of good semiconductor properties in the formation of oxides.And to some extent,the mixture of its metallic oxide can improve the light catalytic properties of the titanium-baring blast furance slag.In this study,titanium-baring blast furance slag mixed with rare earth oxide is used in degradation experiment of the methylene blue solution under the condition of the ultraviolet radiation and many analytical methods such as ray diffraction experiments(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)are used to find out the optimum amount of rare earth doped.The results show that the optimal dopings of the rare earth element CeO2,Y2O3 are respectively 0.5%,1.0%,and this moment their degradation rates of methylene blue will respectively get to 72.2%,74.0%.
