英文摘要：

Objective：To identify the interaction between human LRP16 and ART-27,and to speculate the signal pathway of LRP16 on the development and progression of cancer.Methods： The interaction of ART-27 with LRP16 was found by yeast two-hybrid screening.And this interaction was tested by co-immunoprecipitation analysis in vivo and GST pull-down assay in vitro.Results： LRP16 could bind ART-27 in vivo and in vitro.Conclusion： ART-27 might be a binding partner of LRP16.The interaction between these two proteins may establish a foundation for further studying the function of LRP16 on embryonic development and cancer.
