通过升温-降温循环及升温-恒温两种方式研究了碳纤维/硅橡胶导电复合材料试样的温度响应,通过碳纤维导电复合材料的导电机理对测试结果进行了分析。该导电复合材料具有正温度系数,并具有温度弛豫现象。橡胶材料与碳纤维材料热膨胀系数的不同是造成其电阻温度响应的主要原因;而温度变化对电子能量的影响也是造成材料温度响应的原因之一。
The resistance of short carbon fiber filled composites based on silicone rubber versus temperature during heating-cooling cycle and heating-constant process were researched.The test results are analyzed according to the conductivity mechanism of composites.The conductive composites have a positive temperature coefficient and show resistance relaxation phenomena.The difference of thermal expansion coefficient of rubber and carbon fiber is the main reason for the temperature sensitive,while the change of electron energy with temperature also affect the results.The detailed productions of the sensing element are described.
