基于国外文献分析,梳理了组织效能的内涵、发展历程及主要成果,提炼出当前组织效能研究存在的问题与原因,并分析了积极组织研究、组织行为学、临时组织理论等组织理论最新成果与组织效能之间的关系,提出了组织效能研究的新视角。
Based on literature review on western organization theory,this paper included the definition and development achievement of organization effectiveness,and pointed out some research problems and reasons. Then,it proposed some new perspectives that included positive organization research,organizational behavior and temporary organization theory.
