The unsafe behavior can be brought about by safety supervision accident during the construction process of hydraulic projects.And such behavior would deteriorate the construction and lead to accidents at last.The independence of the chi-square test is performed based on the statistical analysis between the different types of neighborhood-level factors.In order to find the non-independent factors,the independent correlation analysis between the behavioral factors is performed.Among the human factors analysis and classification system（HFACS）,the impact of high-level factors on the bottom level is determined.Based on the data,the work path of different factors in the HFACS frame is confirmed.
