光谱定标转动件是星载环境监测仪的关键部件,卫星发射过程中的随机振动是导致其结构失效的重要因素。为有效预示环境监测仪中该转动件在力学环境条件下的响应,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其固有模态和随机振动响应特性进行分析,获得了1σ位移、加速度和等效应力的响应统计值与随机响应谱。分析结果表明,转动件结构在随机振动环境的刚度和强度满足安全性要求,为结构设计和进一步优化提供了参考依据。
Rotating parts for spectrum calibration are important components of environment monitoring instrument on the satellite ,and random vibration during the satellite launching is a main cause for structural failure.In order to effectively indicate the response of the rotating parts against the dynamic environ- mental stimulus ,natural mode and random vibration analysis were presented using finite elements software ANSYS Workbench.Response values ,including spectrums of lcr displacement and acceleration and equivalent stress were obtained.The analysis results show that the stiffness and strength of rotating parts under random vibration condition satisfy the safety requirements so that fatigue failure will not occur.It is also shown that the method proposed is helpful to promote structure design and optimization.
