提高博士学位论文质量应该从关键影响因素入手。通过对相关文献的回顾。梳理博士学位论文质量的相关影响因素，构建解释结构模型，探求各影响因素的相关性，并采用“手段-目的分析”网络方法识别影响博士学位论文质量的5个关键影响因素。基于以上结论．探讨从关键影响因素入手展开博士学位论文质量管理及控制，以有效提升博士学位论文质量，为我国高端人才培养提供对策建议。
英文摘要：
Improvement of doctoral dissertation quality should begin with key influencing factors. The paper reviewed the related literature, rearranged related factors of doctoral dissertation quality, constructed ISM, explored the correlation of related factors, and then used ＂means-end analysis＂ network to identify five key influencing factors. Based on the above analysis, doctoral dissertation quality management, control was discussed so as to effectively enhance doctoral dissertation quality and provide countermeasures for high-end talent cultivation in China.
