目的调查分析鲁南地区基层医疗机构的药学服务现状,探讨药学服务的发展对策。方法对鲁南地区2015年1月~2016年1月63家基层医疗机构药学人员开展药学服务的现状进行问卷调查,并根据调查结果进行统计及分析。结果基层医疗机构药学人员学历层次参差不齐,严重缺乏高学历药学人员,开展药学服务主要以处方调剂与审核及药品申购为主。临床医学知识缺乏是目前遇到的主要问题,多数药师建议应加强药师医学知识的培养。结论新医改下,鲁南地区基层医疗机构药学人员应不断提高自身的专业水平,转变服务理念并结合本单位的特点开展药学服务,保障用药安全。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate and analyze the pharmaceutical care in primary medical institutions of South of Shandong Province,and to discuss the development countermeasures of pharmaceutical care.Methods Questionnaire survey of present situation of pharmaceutical care was conducted among pharmacist from 63 primary medical institutions of South of Shandong,and the results of the survey from January 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed statistically.Results Results of the survey showed that pharmacy personnel degree level was uneven and highly educated pharmacy personnel was serious lack.Results of the survey showed that pharmaceutical care in primary medical institutions still focused on ＂prescription audit and apply for drug purchase＂.The lack of clinical knowledge was the biggest obstacle for pharmacy staff in primary medical institutions.It was suggested to strengthen continuing the training of medical knowledge for pharmacists,etc..Conclusion Under the new medical reform,medical staff of grassroots medical institutions in South of Shandong Area should constantly improve their own professional level,change the service concept,carry out pharmaceutical services of combined the characteristics,and ensure drug use safety.
