X射线CCD(Charge—Coupled Device)是现代观测天文学和天体物理学的重要探测器,其读出系统直接影响探测器的性能。通过对CDS(Correlated Double Sampling)等系统重要模块的分析和优化设计,提出了一款针对CCD47-10的读出系统。测试结果显示,系统读出噪声仅为8.6e。,对^55Fe的能量分辨率FWHM(Full Width Half Maximum)可达152eV,且具有良好的线性度。
X - ray CCDs ( Charge Coupled Devices) have dominated for decades in the realm of modern observational astronomy and astrophysics, its readout system determines the overall performances of the entire detector system directly. Based on the analysis and optimization of such critical circuit model as CDS ( correlated double sampling), we report a readout system with CCD47 - 10 from e2v Inc. as its target CCD. Experimental results show performances of 8.6e - readout noise and 152 eV @ 5.9 keV FWHM ( Full Width Half Maxi- mum) can be achieved.
