设计合成了2-[(2’-9H-芴-2-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(6)和2-[(2’-菲-9-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(7),通过IR、UV 1HNMR、MS和元素分析确认了其结构;并利用DPPH-方法、超氧阴离子自由基(Of)法、羟基自由基(OH-)法分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,这两种化合物对DPPH-、O2-和OH-都具有较强的抗氧化活性。
2-( 2-( 9H-fluoren-2-yl ) vinyl ) -8-hydroxyquinoline ( 6 ) and 2-( 2-( phenanthren-9-yl ) vinyl ) -8- hydroxyquinoline(7) have been synthesized. The structure of compounds 6 and 7 were confirmed by UV-Vis,FT-IR, ESI-MS,1HNMR and elemental analysis. Meanwhile, the antioxidation activities of the titled compounds have been investigated by the DPPH , O2 and OH methods. The results showed that the titled compounds have strong antioxidation activity to the DPPH ,O2 and OH free radicals.
