针对小型氨水吸收式制冷系统,提出了一种新型泵送技术——呼吸泵,利用系统内的高压氨气,借助于“呼吸”手段,实现小流量和高扬程的液体泵送。对呼吸泵工作腔中氨水表面非定常吸收特性进行了动力学分析,获得了相界面传质的理论表达式;理论分析了影响呼吸泵效率的各种因素,给出了一定运行工况时的设计原则,即呼吸泵的结构尺寸、控制参数和运行工况之间的匹配关系:在实际可行的情况下,工作腔余隙容积越小越好,无量纲数√Dt2/L^2越小越好。
Based on the small-capacity ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system, a new pumping technology which is called respiratory pump was put forward in this paper. It makes use of high pressure ammonia generated in the refrigeration system to pump liquid of small flow and high-lift by "breathing" means. Unsteady absorption characteristic of ammonia water in the working chamber of respiratory pump was analyzed from dynamics aspect. Then theoretical expression of interphase mass transfer was obtained. The factors affecting the respiratory pump efficiency were analyzed. Then design principle under certain operating condition was given which is the matching relationship of respiratory pump size, control parameter and operating condition. In situations feasible in practice, the smaller working chamber clearance volume, the better; the smaller dimensionless number √Dt2/L^2, the better.
