With the increase in susceptible population of candida and widespread use of antifungal agents, the situation of candida re- sistance has become nlore and more serious. The resistance of candida albicans is reviewd in this paper, including alteration of candida species, application of antifungal agents, formation of biofilm, over-expression and mutation of the drug target enzymes, and so on.
