利用自制的多碰疲劳试验机及相关的分析测试设备,在0Crl8Ni9基体上分别激光熔覆Ni基、Co基梯度涂层,对涂层多碰前后的显微硬度、塑性变形率、微观组织结构进行对比分析.结果表明:Ni基梯度涂层多碰前硬度在500 HV以下,多碰后表现为硬化现象,而Co基梯度涂层硬度多碰前500 HV左右,多碰后表现为不同程度的循环硬化和软化交替重叠现象;从涂层的组织结构及塑性变形率来看,梯度涂层多碰后塑性变形表现为趋表效应.
Using self-made impact fatigue test instruments and related analytic devices, Ni based and Co based graded coating was clad at 0Crl8Ni9 substrate, and the micro-hardness, plastic deformation rate and microstructure of the cladding before and after repeated impact were comparatively analyzed. Results showed that the micro-hardness of nickel-based gradient coating was below 500 HV, and hardening was the major phenomenon after the repeated impact, but the micro-hardness of the cobalt base gradient coat- ing was around 500 HV, softening or hardening happened after repeated impact. According to the micro- structure and the deformation rate, the skin effect characteristics were found.
