在pH5.5HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中研究了2,4-二硝基苯酚在玻碳电极、碳纳米管修饰电极、表面活性剂修饰电极上的电化学行为,探讨了其电化学反应机理,建立了痕量2,4-二硝基苯酚的快速检测方法。碳纳米管修饰电极和表面活性剂修饰电极的检测限分别为2.6×10^-7和2.4×10^-7mol·L^-1,用此法对模拟水样进行检测,回收率在97~103%。
The electrochemical behaviors of 2,4 - dinitrophenol were investigated at various electrodes, including glassy carbon electrode, carbon nanotube modified electrode and surfactant modified electrode, in pH 5.5 HAc - NaAc buffer. The reaction mechanism was also studied, and a fast and convenient method for the trace detection of 2,4 - dinitrophenol has been established in this paper. The detection limits were estimated to be 2.6 × 10^ -7 mol · L^-1 for carbon nanotube modified electrode and 2. 4 × 10^ -7 mol · L^-1 for surfactant modified electrode. This method was applied in the determination of 2,4 -dinitrophenol in model water sample, and the recovery was from 97% to 103%.
