为科学制订吉林省西部野生罗布麻的采收时间，采用HPLC法和分光光度法对罗布麻地上部各器官中重要生物活性物质黄酮类化合物及主要成分槲皮素的积累动态进行了测定。结果表明：茎与叶中总黄酮的积累在盛花期为低谷期，此期前后为双峰值特征；花与叶中总黄酮和槲皮素的含量高，为药用最佳有效部位；花的最适采收期为7月中旬，叶的最适采收期为8月下旬。

英文摘要：

In order to draw harvest time scientifically, dynamic accumulation of the total flavonoid and quercetin in Apocynum venetum L. by the methods of spectrophotometry and HPLC was measured. The results reveal that a trough （full flower period） of total flavonoid content of stem and leaf exists between two peaks; flower and leaf should be used as raw medicinal materials because of their high content of total flavonoid and quercetin; the best harvest date of flower is in the middle ten days of July and that of the leaf is in the last ten days of August.
