研究Kac-Boltzmann型方程，建立了碰撞核的Povzner型不等式和碰撞算子的妒估计，得到了方程的正解的加权LP估计．在此基础之上证明了解的光滑性．

英文摘要：

We study the Kac-Boltzmann equation. Firstly, the Povzner inequality for the collision kernel and the Lp estimates for the collision operator are established. Secondly, we obtain some weighted Lp estimates for positive solutions to the equation. With these estimates, the smoothness of the solutions is proved.
