基于磁热效应理论,制备了稀土Eu掺杂的钴基氧化物Na0.8CoO2热电材料.实验发现:当掺杂量超过5%时在低温下呈现绝缘体一金属转变特性,表现出赝近藤效应;当掺杂量达到15%时,电阻率快速减小.这一结果表明,稀土掺杂制备层状氧化物半导体热电材料的方法对提高材料热电转换效率具有可行性.
Based on magnetism thermal reaction theory, we have prepared by doping rare earth Eu in cobalt base oxide compound Na0.8CoO2 a new thermoelectricity material. It was found that doping 5% Eu lead to metal-insulator transition and the pseudo Kondo effects at low temperature in Na0.8 Col-y EuyOz, and when it reached 15 percent, the resistivity rapid decrease. It indicates that by means of doping the rare earth preparing the layered oxide compound semiconductor thermoelectricity material has the feasibility to enhance thermoelec- tricity transfer efficiency of the material.
