基于风电场电池储能系统,将电解电容的停运模型引入到风电场电池储能容量优化工作中,对功率转换系统(PCS)停运过程进行模拟,并与电池出力相结合,从而建立计及PCS停运的电池储能系统出力模型。通过对电池储能系统出力的仿真,以最小经济成本为目标函数,并计及电池最大充放电次数与弃风等因素影响,建立风电场电池储能容量的优化模型,以粒子群算法对优化问题进行求解。结果表明,使用的方法是有效的。
In this case,the outage model of the electrolytic capacitor was introduced into the wind farm battery storage capacity optimization,and the process of the outage was simulated by the model. Then the paper established the output model of energy storage system according to the power of battery and the outage model of the power conversion system( PCS). Based on the sequential simulation of battery energy storage system,the optimization model of the energy storage capacity of the wind farm was built with the minimum cost as the objective function. And the model considers the maximum charge-discharge times and the loss of wind energy,etc. Then the problem was solved using PSO algorithm,and the result shows that the method is effective.
