目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立红蓼花、叶茎的特征图谱。方法:用Kromasil^TM C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1检测波长为310nm。结果:9个不同产地药材的特征图谱具有较好的相似度,样品特征图谱相似度均在97%以上。结论:采用高效液相色谱特征图谱检测技术可有效控制红蓼花、叶茎药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE To study and establish the specific chromatogram of the flower and stem of PolygoniOrientalis by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic condition was Kromasil^TM C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm),mobile phase was methanol and 0. 2% H3PO4, and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, detection wavelength was 310nm. RESULTS The chromatogrms the materials from of 9 different place were similar. CONCLUSION Quality of the flower and stem of Polygoni Orien talis can be controlled effectively by HPLC specific chromatograrm.
