生物质成型燃料具有成本低、环保等众多优点,改燃生物质成型燃料后,小型燃油锅炉性能及安全性将受到影响。结合实例,计算分析了改造后锅炉的效率、烟气特性以及烟管磨损程度。结果表明,锅炉效率有所下降,而烟气量、烟气流速都将增大;烟管磨损随烟气流速、飞灰细度及直径增大而加剧。但对于小型锅炉,由于负荷率较低、运行时间短,烟管磨损程度并不严重。
The biomass molding fuel has many advantages such as low cost and eco-friendly. The performance and safety of small boiler with oil as design fuel will be negatively affected using biomass molding fuel. Combined with an example,the boiler efficiency,flue gas properties,and abrasion of fire tubes were theoretically analyzed. The results show that the boiler efficiency decreases,the amount and velocity of flue gas increases when the oil-burning boiler using biomass molding fuel. The abrasion of fire tubes is aggravated with the increasing of the velocity of flue gas,the fineness and diameter of ash increase. For a smallscale boiler with low load and short running time,the abrasion is not very serious.
