随着信息技术的快速发展和大学生们对知识学习需求的不断增长,根据实际教学条件,校图书馆成立了信息咨询与教学研究室,针对部分专业的课程设置,安排了专兼职教师负责少数民族（主要是维吾尔族）本科生文献检索课教学工作。本研究应用层次分析法,初步分析了少数民族大学生对文献检索课学习的认识,为达到更好的教学效果提出一些建议。

英文摘要：

A large number of professional and technical ethnic minority＇s personnel in field of agricultural have been trained by Xinjiang Agricultural University since its establishment. According to the actual teaching conditions, the school library has set up a laboratory of information consultation and teaching along with the development of information technology and demands growing of college students for knowledge learning, and full 2time or part-time ethnic minority teachers were arranged for teaching the literature retrieval course according to the professional curriculum of minority undergraduates. In this paper, a preliminary analysis of minority college students＂ awareness of learning literature retrieval course was carried out by using analytic hierarchy process, and some suggestions for obtaining a better effect of teaching were proposed.
