在由FeSO4·7H2O、NSO4·6H2O、NiCl2·6H2O、CrCl3·6H2O组成的镀液中.采用直流电沉积方法制备Fe—Ni—Cr合金镀层.研究了ph电流密度、温度和镀液主盐的浓度对镀层成分和硬度的影响,并对镀层的表面形貌和晶体结构进行了分析.实验结果表明:镀层的硬度随着镀层中铁和铬的含量的增加而增大;控制pH为2.0,阴极电流密度为14A/dm^2,温度为30℃,镀液主盐的浓度适量,可以得到Cr含量接近6%、Fe含量为54%、硬度高达70(HR30T)光亮镀层。
Iron-nickel-chromium alloy coating was prepared by direct current electroplating in the bath composed of FeSO4·7H2O, NiSO4· 6H2O, NiCl2 · 6H2O and CrCl3· 6H2O. The influence of pH, temperature, current density and the concentration of the main salt in the bath on composition and hardness of the coating were studied, and the surface morphology of the alloy coating and crystal structure were also analysed. The experimental results show that the hardness of alloy coating increases with increasing iron and chromium content in the coating. With a pH of 2.0, eurrenl density of 14 A/dm^2, a temperature of 30℃ and a proper concentration of the main salt a lueulent alloy coating can be gained. The chromium content in the coating approximates 6% , the iron conent reaches 54% and the rigidity highly reached 70 (HR3OT).
