目的:研究RACK1蛋白在正常大肠黏膜组织、大肠癌癌前病变组织及大肠癌中的表达,初步探讨其在大肠癌发病中的作用。方法:收集92例大肠癌组织、20例大肠腺瘤组织、20例大肠炎性息肉组织和23例正常大肠黏膜组织。采用免疫组织化学方法检测RACKl在正常大肠黏膜组织、大肠癌癌前病变及大肠癌组织中的表达,统计分析RACKl表达水平与大肠癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:随着大肠癌癌变的演进,RACKl的表达水平进行性上调(P〈0.05)。RACKl的表达水平与大肠癌患者年龄、性别、淋巴结转移及Duke分期无明显关系(P〉0.05),但与大肠癌的分化程度呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:RACKl在大肠癌癌变过程中进行性上调,其表达上调可能与大肠癌的发病有关。
Objective: To investigate the RACK1 expression in the normal colorectal mucosa, colorectal precancerous lesion and colorectal adenocarcinoma, and to explore the role of RACK1 in the colorectal carcinogenesis. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the RACK1 expression in tissues collected from 92 colorectal adenocrcinoma, 20 colorectal adenoma, 20 colorectal inflammatory polyp and 23 normal colorectal mucosa. Statistical analysis was used to analyze relation between RACK1 expression and clinicopathologic features in the colorectal adenocarcinoma. Results: RACK1 expression was progressively increased along with the progress of colorectal carcinogenesis (P〈0.05). RACK1 expression level was not associated with the patients' age and gender, lymph node metastasis, and Duke .stage (P〉0.05), but was correlated with the differentiated degree of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P〈0.05). Conclusion: RACK1 expression is progressively increased during the colorectal carcinogenesis, which may play a role in colorectal adenocarcinoma.
