为评价东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii)的耐寒性及其适应低温能力,并为其养殖、运输和暂养提供参考数据,本研究分别测定了25℃、4℃和0℃驯养条件下东北林蛙的过冷却点和结冰点。结果显示,东北林蛙过冷却点最低可达-2.6℃,最高为-1.4℃;结冰点最低可达-2.3℃,最高为-1.2℃;低温驯化可显著降低东北林蛙结冰点。基于本试验结果和相关文献分析表明,经过低温驯化的东北林蛙可通过升高血糖维持在-2℃左右的过冷却状态,其耐寒对策为避免冰冻;在东北林蛙的人工养殖越冬、暂养、运输过程中,应尽量控制在-1℃以上以防冻死或降低其食用品质。
To evaluate cold tolerance of Rana dybowskiiand its ability to adapt to low temperature, and provide reference data for the breeding, transportation and temporary readng, we measured the supercooling point and freezing point of farm - reared Rana dybowskii at 2513, 413 and 013. The results showed that the minimum suporcooling point of Rana dybowskii could reach - 2. 613, the highest was - 1. 413, and the freezing point could be as low as - 2. 313, the highest was - 1. 213, while cold acclimation could significantly reduce the freezing point. Based on our experi mental results and review of literature we conclude that cold acclimated Rana dybowskii can main- tain a metastable state of supercooling at about -2℃ by increasing blood sugar and belongs to the freeze - avoiding species. For artificial breeding of Rana dybowsk17 in winter, temporary rearing and transport, the temperature should be above -1℃ for freeze avoidance and high -quality food should be prvoded.
