By analyzing the deficiencies of existing fuzzy entropy of vague sets, an axiom definition of the fuzzy entropy of vague sets that accord with the person＇ s intuition is presented, and a new formula of the fuzzy entropy of vague sets that can handle accurately the correlations of the unknown and the fuzziness is put forward. Theorem and analyzed example prove that the new formula has some good mathematics properties, and the calculated results accord with the person＇ s intuition. So the new formula really embodies the correlations.
