建立了气压制动过程的绝热热力学数学模型,针对JH23—63机械压力机推导出制动力和制动功的计算公式.分析了影响滑块制动到上死点的影响因素,指出气缸的直径、气缸的初始容积长度和进入气缸的初始压力是滑块制动到上死点的可控制因素.利用计算机仿真绘制出了这3个变量变化对制动力和制动功影响的关系曲线.
A thermodynamic model of heat insulation brake process is established, and the computer formulas of brake force and brake power for JH23-63 mechanical press are deduced. The factors influencing the slider brake are analyzed, and it is pointed out that the cylinder diameter, the length of cylinder initial volume and the initial atmospheric pressure of entering cylinder are control parameters for mechanical press brake system. The graphs of the three parameters influencing the braking system are drawn through computer simulation.
