为研究香菇多糖对依地酸钙钠治疗铅中毒的增效作用及机制,用跳台实验检测小鼠学习记忆功能,用生物化学法检测血液与脑组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等指标,用HE染色观察海马组织形态学改变.结果表明,香菇多糖高剂量组能显著改善铅中毒所致的学习记忆功能,显著提高血液和脑组织中SOD和GSH-Px活性、降低MDA含量,并显著改善海马神经元的变性、脱落.由此可见,香菇多糖对依地酸钙钠治疗铅中毒有增效作用,其作用机制可能与香菇多糖提高SOD和GSH-Px活性、降低MDA含量有关.
To study the synergism of lentinan on treatment of lead poisoning by calcium disodium edetat, step-down test was performed to evaluate the mice learning and memory ability. In the mean time, su- peroxide dismutas (SOD), malondialdehyd (MDA) and glutathione (GSH-Px) in blood and brain were measured by using biochemical methods. And the alterations in hippocampus slices morphology were as- sessed using microscope. The results indicated that lentinan high dose group could markedly improve the mice learning and memory deficits induced by lead poisoning. Lentinan could significantly increase SOD and GSH-Px activity and reduce MDA in blood and brain and improved neuro degenerative changes and reduced the death of neuron in hippocampus slices. Lentinan has synergism on the treatment of lead poisoning by CaEDTA. The mechanism may be related with increasing the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and reducing content of MDA .
