收集福建省11个千年桐种源种子.并于2010年按随机区组设计在福建省建阳市蕉溪采育场进行田间试验。本试验设置12个区组,每区组设11个小区,每小区面积100m2,每小区栽植25株。测量其苗高、地径。采取二年生叶片,采用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定引种的11个种源的CA3、ZR、IAA、ABA4种内源激素,并用改进的投影寻踪方法,用投影值的大小确定优良种源。结果显示:种源的优劣排序为莆田〉政和〉周宁〉尤溪〉建阳〉屏南〉沙县〉福鼎〉柘荣〉蕉城〉福安。从内源激素对千年桐生长的影响角度进行优良种源的选择.为种源早期选择提供新方法。
The seeds of 11 Aleurites Montana provenances in Fujian Province were collected and applied to the field experiments by randomized block designs in Jiaoxi Forestry Farm, Jianyang, Fujian. 12 blocks with 11 sample plots in each block were designed and 25 stocks were planted in each sample plot which covered 100 m2. The stock height and root collar diameter of 2-year-old seedlings were measured. GA3, ZR, IAA, ABA in the foliage of the provenances were determined by ELISA and provenance selection was conducted based on projected values of the endogenous hormone by the modified projection pursuit method. The results showed that in terms of the integrated effects of endogenous hormone, Putian and Zhenghe provenances dominated, followed by Zhouning, Youxi, Jianyang, Pingnan, Shaxian, Fuding, Zherong, Jiaocheng and Fu'an provenances. The combination of endogenous hormone with seedling growth provided some theoretical and practical references for the early selection of provenances.
