目的:评价微量元素Ce对牙科用Ti-Mo合金机械性能的影响。方法:采用电弧熔炼及吸铸方法制备含微量元素Ce的牙科用Ti-Mo合金Ti90-XMo10CeX(Ce质量分数x=0、0.3、0.6、0.8、1.0、2.0),通过物相分析、压缩性能测定等,研究微量元素Ce对Ti-10Mo合金机械性能的影响。结果:该系列合金由β主相及少量的α相组成;少量元素Ce的加入明显地提高了合金的抗压强度,从未添加Ce样品的1660MPa提高到x=0.6样品的2120MPa;改善了合金的塑性,压缩率从33.0%升高到43.0%,而压缩弹性模量略为降低。合金的维氏硬度在320-342之间。结论:添加适量Ce的Ti-10Mo合金,在牙科修复中有应用前景。
Objective: To evaluate effects of Ce addition on the mechanical properties of Ti-Mo dental alloy. nethods:A series of Ti-Mo with Ce addition dental alloys Ti90-xMo10Cex ( X =0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 2.0) (weight fraction) were prepared by arc inching method. The effects of Ce addition on the mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. Results:Experimental results showed that the alloy consists of B phase mainly with a small amount of α phase. A small amount of Ce addition could enhance the compressive strength of the alloy obviously, from 1 660 MPa of the sample without Ce, to 2 120 MPa of the sample Ti90-0.6Mo10Ce0.6. The compressive ductility of the alloy can also be improved effectively from 33.0% to 43.0%. The elastic modulus of the alloy was decreased slightly with Ce addition. The Vick hardness of the alloys was found to be between 320 and 342. Conclusion:The Ti-10Mo alloy with small amount of Ce addition may be used as dental material.
