用颗粒活性炭作比较,通过等温吸附实验和吸附动力学实验研究了偏苯三酸酐修饰的吸附树脂对邻苯二甲酸的吸附性能及吸附机理。结果表明,偏苯三酸酐修饰的树脂对邻苯二甲酸具有良好的吸附效果,吸附量随着温度的升高而下降。Freundlich吸附等温方程很好地拟合邻苯二甲酸在偏苯三酸酐修饰的树脂上的吸附行为。吸附焓变结果表明,吸附过程是以放热的物理吸附为主,且焓变的绝对值均随着吸附量的增大而减小。邻苯二甲酸在偏苯三酸酐修饰的树脂上的吸附过程符合准一级动力学方程,颗粒内扩散是吸附过程的主要控制步骤。
Adsorption properties and mechanism of phthalic acid onto trimellitic anhydride modified resin (TMA) were studied through the static adsorption and dynamics experimental compared to granular activated carbon (GAC). The results showed that the TMA resin and GAC had good adsorption capabilities for phthalic acid. The adsorption capacities of the two adsorbent decreased with the sorption temperature increased. Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation could fit the adsorption isotherm perfectly, The data of enthalpy indicated that the adsorption process was a physical adsorption, and the value of enthalpy decreased when the Q~ increased. Pseudo-first order kinetic equation could fit the adsorption process perfectly, which meant inner diffusion of the particles was the major controlling step of adsorption process.
