氟烷基改性氨基硅油的合成及在织物增深整理中的应用

通过丙烯酸六氟丁酯和甲基封端的N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基硅油侧链伯氨基的加成反应,制备了氟烷基改性氨基硅油;并将其用于涤纶染色织物的增深整理。采用红外光谱表征了氟烷基改性氨基硅油的结构,研究了氟含量、整理剂浓度、乳液粒径对织物增深效果的影响。结果表明,随着氟含量的提高,织物表观色深提高;进一步提高氟含量,会影响硅油在织物表面的成膜性,增深效果不明显。将两种不同粒径的乳液复配使用,能提升涤纶织物的增深性能,将氟烷基改性氨基硅油乳液质量浓度分别为10g/L和50g/L的氟烷基改性氨基硅油乳液按1:1的质量复配使用时,和未处理样相比,织物表观色深提升达到17.42%;经氟烷基改性氨基硅油整理的织物的干、湿摩擦牢度有所下降,但织物的耐水洗色牢度并未发生改变。

英文摘要:

A fluoroalkyl-modified amino-silicone fluid was synthesized via addition reaction between hexafluorobutyl acrylate and methyl-terminated aminoethyl ammonium propyl methyl silicone fluid of side chain primary amine. The modifed amino-silicone fluid was applied for deepening finishing of colored polyester fab- ric. The product was characterized by FTIR, and the effects of the depth effect including fluorine content, the concentration of finishing agent and particle size of emulsion were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of fluorine content, the K/S values went upward. Further increase of fluorine content affected the properties of film that formed on the surface of fabric, and the depth effect was not obvious. Using a mixed e- mulsion of two emulsions with different particle sizes improved the deep dyeing effect on polyester fabric. Com- pared with that of the untreated fabric, the K/S value of the treated fabrics were increased up to 17.42% when the fabrics was treated with the mixture of the fluoroalkyl-modified amino-silicone fluid emulsions at 10 g/L and 50 g/L respectively with mass ratio of 1 : 1. The dry and wet rubbing fatness of the colored polyester fabric treated with fluoroalkyl-modified amino-silicone fluid were decreased, but its washable color fatness kept the same.
