磁场作用下的金属凝固已成为金属材料基础研究和开发制备新技术的重要领域.综述了交变/旋转磁场、直流磁场作用下金属凝固的研究历史及现状,运用电磁学及金属凝固原理,揭示了磁场对凝固组织形貌及凝固过程产生的影响及主要机制,并对以后的理论研究工作提出了建议.
Metal soildification in magnetic field has become important for improving the basic research and developing a new technology. In this paper, the development and application of magnetic field ( including d. c. field, a. c. field and high intense magnetic field ) on alloys solidification process are briefly reviewed. Based on the principle of magnetic and metal solidification, the effect and mechanism have been investigated and theoretically deduced. Suggestions have been pointed out to further consideration.
