Medical assistance is the most important aspect of human health and life. The city＇s road network is complex. The selection of ambulance driving path needs scientific decision and management. In order to improve efficiency of hospital rescue, this study es- tablish Jingzhou city rescue service system based on Silverlight and MapGIS k9. Then explores the application of Silverlight and Map- GIS in terms of map operation, ambulance navigation and other functions.
