目的 制备医用羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米丝并观测其特性;方法 采用常态表面活性剂(水包油)制备HA纳米丝,用电子显微镜、X射线仪、核磁共振仪、分光光度计、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等对HA纳米丝的特性进行观测。结果 HA纳米粒的平均尺寸为:长100nm-230nm,宽3nm-5nm;电子衍射图像显示纳米丝为多晶质。在250nm波长处,光谱包含六面体Ca^2+典型的光谱带;其他光谱带为O→Ca^2+的电荷转移。HA纳米丝微晶的Eg值分别为1.60和1.70ev;31P核磁共振谱显示在-0.59ppm处有一个强烈的共振峰和一些副峰,表明至少存在两种磷酸盐。结论 成功制备了一种适合医用的新型羟基磷灰石纳米丝。
[Objective] To prepare a kind of hydroxyapatite nanowire for medical utilization and to observe its characterization. [Method] The nanowire of hydroxyapatite (HA) had been synthesized using normal (oil in water) surfactant. Uhrastructure of nanoparticles as studied through HRTEM, FTIR, NMR, XRD. [Results] Experimental results showed that the nanowires were general of larger size 100-230 nm in length and 3-5 nm in width. In the SAED pattern, the HA nanowires as prepared was polycrystalline. The spectra of nanowires contained typical bands of hexahedra Ca^2+ at 250 nm. Others bands were usually assigned as O→Ca^2+ charge transfers. The Eg values for the HA of microcrystaUine, nanowires samples were 1.60 and 1.70ev, respectively. The 31P MAS-NMR spectrum showed a sing 31P intense resonance peak at -0.59 ppm with weak sidebands, corresponding to at least two types of phosphates. [ Conclusion] A kind of new HA nanowire for medical utilization was synthesed successfully.
