装备制造业是制造业的核心,装备制造业知识流动能力是其自主创新能力的重要组成部分,对行业自身乃至整个制造业自主创新能力的提升均具有重要的支持作用。综合运用熵权—模糊综合评价法构建装备制造业自主创新能力评价模型,并对2008-2012年黑龙江省装备制造业自主创新能力进行实证研究。在实证研究基础上,从员工培训、企业文化建设和知识流动促进等方面提出增强黑龙江省装备制造业自主创新能力的对策。

The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the manufacturing industry.Knowledge flow capability of equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of the independent innovation ability,and knowledge flow capacity plays an important supporting role for promoting their own and even the whole manufacturing industry＇s independent innovation ability.In this paper,it has constructed the evaluation index system of independent innovation capability for the equipment manufacture industry in Heilongjiang province,and using the method of entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it carried out the comprehensive evaluation of independent innovation capability of equipment manufacture industry in Heilongjiang province from 2008 to 2012.On the basis of empirical research,this paper put forward some countermeasures to promote the industry of independent innovation ability of Heilongjiang province manufacturing from the employee training and corporate culture and promote the flow of knowledge.
