为提高大型集装箱起重机产品设计的效率,提出面向快速设计的产品配置框架,构建了带约束的0-1规划基因进化模型,设计了一种基于改进蚁群的产品配置算法。模型中考虑了实例模板与客户需求的局部相似度、局部绿色特性满足度、配合亲和力等。结合大型集装箱起重机产品配置设计特点,重新设计了蚁群算法的伪随机比例规则;针对备选基因实例数量往往较多的问题,提出一种备选基因实例数量减少机制;设计了一种x_Sigmoid函数,并按此函数调整转移概率,加快算法搜索速度;实施捕食策略,加强较优区域的开发,增强搜索能力。通过集装箱起重机大车机构配置设计实例,比较了不同算法的优化结果,验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。
To improve the efficiency of large-scale container crane product design, a 0-1 programming gene evolution- ary model with constraints was constructed, in which the partial similarity between case templates and customer re- quirements, partial green characteristics satisfaction degree, compatibility among sub-parts and so on were syntheti- cally considered,and a product configuration algorithm based on improved ant colony was built. According to the product configuration design characteristics of large-scale container crane, pseudo random proportional rule of ant colony algorithm was redesigned. Aiming at the large quantity of candidate gene-instances, a scheme to reduce the number of candidate gene-instances was proposed. An x_Sigmoid function was designed to adjust transition probabil- ity for picking up the algorithm search speed. A prey strategy was implemented for strengthening the better regional exploitation to expand the search capability. Through a case of cart mechanism design for container crane, the opti- mizations of different algorithms were compared and the effectiveness of proposed model was verified.
