摆线轮和曲柄轴是RV减速器的重要部件,其弯曲变形是RV减速器的主要失效形式之一。以RV-250减速器为研究对象,建立了RV-250减速器无干涉模型;基于周期输入的特点,利用有限元法进行了RV减速器在额定转矩条件下的动力学谐响应分析,得到关键部件摆线轮和曲柄轴幅频响应曲线,得出固有频率、响应幅值等动力学指标,结果表明,偏心轴的激振力在360 Hz左右会导致摆线轮的弯振和轴向变形,为摆线轮和曲柄轴的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The cycloid gear and the crankshaft are important parts of a RV reducer,and the bending deformation at Rome dots of the component is one of the main failure forms of the RV reducer. Therefore,taking the RV- 250 reducer as the research object,and the RV- 250 reducer model without interference is built.Based on the characteristic of periodic input,uing the finite element method,the harmonic response analysis of RV reducer is completed and the amplitude frequency response curve of the eccentric shaft and the cycloid gear of the key components are obtained,as well as the index of dynamics such as natural frequency and the response amplitude. Results show that it will lead to the cycloid gear bending vibration and axial deformation when the vibration force of eccentric shaft is around 360 Hz,a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the cycloid gear and the crankshaft is provided.
