基于接触力学理论,建立了不同空心度常规直素线圆柱滚子与内圈滚道的三维接触力学模型,进行了有限元数值仿真研究。分析结果表明,空心度对等效应力及接触应力的影响规律是不同的,合理的空心度可减小接触应力的边缘效应,但等效应力滚子两端的边界应力集中总是存在的;在相同空心度下,等效应力和接触应力随载荷的变化规律是不同的;不同载荷作用下,最佳空心度的理论值不同;空心滚子内壁的等效应力值随空心度的增大而增大,存在应力转移现象,并会超过外壁的等效应力值。
The finite element models are established for the contact between hollow cylindrical roller of different hollow ratio and inner race based on contact mechanics theory,and the numerical simulations are carried out for the contact status.The analytical results show that the hollow ration has different effect on the distribution of equivalent stress and contact stress,and the reasonable hollow ratio can reduce the concentration of contact stress on the end of the roller,but this cannot avoid the sharp edge equivalent stress.Under the same hollow ratio,the changes of equivalent stress and contact stress are different with the change of bearing loads.For heavy load and light load,the optimal hollow ratio is different.Furthermore,the location of maximum equivalent stress changes,the equivalent stress of inner wall increases and may be greater than that of outer wall with the increase of hollow ration.
