采用MEH—PPV和SiO2复合制成异质结固态阴极射线发光器件,获得了固态阴极射线发光的特征光谱-双峰谱带。在电场较低时为激子发光,符合分子理论;在电场较高时激子已严重离化,属于带一带跃迁,符合能带理论。利用改进的电桥测量出传导电流,并研究了固态阴极射线发光蓝色发光强度同传导电流的关系。在低电压区,发光强度同传导电流关系近似为线性,在高电压区,由于SiO2的二次特性更加突出,发光强度同传导电流关系表现出超线性。
The devices of solid state cathodoluminescence are produced by compounding hybrid of MEH- PPV and SiO2. The dual peak of spectrum is obtained,which is unique characteristic of the solid state cathodoluminescence. The conduction currents in the devices are measured by an improved electric bridge. Further, the blue emission intensity versus the conduction current is studied. The intensity of the blue emission increases approximately linearly with the conduction current in the lower electric field. The intensity of emission on conduction current behaves a super linear dependence, due to the super linear characteristic of SiO2 in the higher electric field.
