通过改变导向剂的老化时间,制备了一系列不同粒径的HY分子筛作为脱水催化剂,考察了甲醇脱水反应性能;将其与铜基甲醇合成活性组分Cu-Zn-Mn组成双功能催化剂,考察了催化剂对合成气直接制二甲醚反应的催化性能.结果表明,粒径为820nm的HY分子筛在甲醇脱水中表现出较高的催化活性;以其作为脱水组分的双功能Cu-Zn-Mn/HY催化剂也表现出较高的催化活性和良好的稳定性.
A series of HY zeolites with different particle sizes were prepared using a hydrothermal route by varying the aging time of directing agent.The HY samples were used for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether(DME) and also used as a dehydration component in a hybrid Cu-Mn-Zn/HY catalyst for CO direct hydrogenation to DME.The 820 nm sized HY zeolite exhibited the highest methanol dehydration activity.In the direct DME synthesis from syngas,the hybrid Cu-Zn-Mn/HY(820 nm) catalyst also had higher activity and stability at 4 800 h-1,2.1 MPa,and 253 oC.
