采用熔盐法成功制备出了BaPb0.75Bi0.25O3(BPBO)超导体,对其反应机理进行了研究,并对制得样品的晶体结构、形貌及超导电性进行了测试和分析.X射线粉末衍射及磁性测量结果显示,在较高反应温度(500℃和600℃)下制备的样品具有较好的单相性,无杂相,晶体结构属四方晶系.最高的超导转变温度可达11.6K.
Molten salts method has been used, for the first time, to prepare the BaPb0.75 Bi0.25 O3 (BPBO) superconductors in which the reaction mechanism, crystal structure, morphology and superconductivity were investigated. X-ray Diffraction and the magnetic measurement together revealed that relative high temperature (500 ℃, 600 ℃ ) is beneficial to the samples which present to be tetragonal crystal structure without any impurity phases. Superconducting transition temperature Tc is up to 11.6 K.
