管理创新的主要目的在于提升组织运行效率而非直接满足消费者需求,对差异性的要求不高,加上管理创新不受专利保护,使得大部分企业倾向于选择引进型创新。然而,现有文献却鲜有对引进型管理创新运行机制的探讨,因此,尝试提出并构建引进型管理创新的两个关键子过程及模型——采纳过程和实施过程,并以江西移动通信效率管理创新事件为例,对模型加以阐释和论证。
Since the purpose of management innovation is to improve organization operation efficiency but not to meet demand of customers directly, it has low requirement for innovation novelty and difference. Therefore, enterprises tend to adopt introduced innovation. However, little research has been conducted on the operation mechanism of introduced management innovation. This paper attempts to establish two key sub-process models of introduced management innovation: adoption process and implementation process, and examine the models by taking the Efficiency Management of Jiangxi China Mobile for case study, with the aim to offering suggestions for the practice of enterprises in management innovation introduction.
