针对有大预紧效应多叶径向箔片轴承的结构特点,通过引入辅助分析部件建立箔片轴承的非线性接触有限元仿真模型。征分析过程中通过改变作为刚性体的辅助部件和作为柔性体轴承部件之间的几何位置来模拟大预紧多叶箔片径向轴承的装配过程并最终求得箔片轴承中接触应力应变。将处理轴承间隙压力分布的控制方程-雷诺方程和非线性的接触求解过程耦合起来迭代求解,第一次对有大预紧效应的多叶箔片径向轴承进行了完全气弹耦合数值分析。
According to the structure characteristics of the multileaf foil journal bearing with large preload effect,the nonlinear Finite Element contact model of the foil bearings was established through introducing the assistant parts. The performance of the foil bearings were investigated using Finite Element Method. The assistant parts were used to help form the last contact relationship of foil bearings in the numerical simulation process. These assistant parts were dealt with as rigid bodies without strain. Through modifying the moving contact relationship between the foil bearing parts the large preload effect of foil bearing was dealt with using the nonlinear contact Finite Element analysis between rigid bodies and flexible bodies. Solution of the governing hydrodynamic equation dealing with compressible fluid was coupled with the structure resiliency of the foil bearing surfaces. In this paper,a typical five leaves foil bearing with large preload effect was analyzed as a successful case to prove the analysis feasibility and accuracy.
