The construction of the world first-class university has become the nation＇s will and government＇s action from the university vision. There are prosperity and anxiety in the construction of the world first-class university. Currently, the construction of the world first-class university in our country has in the ＂movement thinking＂ trap, presenting the tendencies such as plan order, borrowing and system of worship. The ＂movement thinking＂ has influenced the development order of higher education, induced tragedy of the commons, alienated the value of world first-class university. To overcome the ＂movement thinking＂ trap, we should rebuild the spontaneous order in higher education, strengthen the idea of a university and improve the university cultural consciousness.
