中文摘要:

目的观察复方贞术调脂方(FZT)对高脂血症小鼠体内甘油三酯(TG)代谢的影响。方法采用高脂纯化配方饲料喂养建立高脂血症小鼠模型,经FZT治疗5个月,测量体质量、进食量,血浆总胆固醇(TC)、TG、游离脂肪酸(FFA)以及肝脏和肌肉中TG的含量,进行脂负荷实验(OFTT),观察其对小鼠体内TG代谢的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组体质量增长量、附睾周围脂肪,血浆中TC、TG、FFA,肝脏中TG含量均明显升高(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,FZT组血浆及肝脏TG含量明显降低(P〈0.01),体质量及附睾周围脂肪、皮下脂肪质量有不同程度的降低。FZT不影响小鼠的进食量,但有抑制体质量过快增长的趋势。结论 FZT能显著改善高脂血症小鼠的TG代谢,抑制肠道外源性脂质的吸收可能是FZT降低机体TG水平的机制之一,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effect of Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi formula (FZT) on hypertriglyceridemia metabolism in mice. Methods C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into three groups, namely normal group, model group and FZT group. Mice model with hyperlipemia was established by feeding purified high-fat diet. After treatment with FZT for 5 months, body weight, organ weight, food intake, plasma total cholesterol (TC), plasma triglyceride (TG), plasma free fatty acid (FFA), and TG content in the liver and musclewere measured. The fat load test (OFTT) was also performed. And the effect of FZT on the metabolism of triglyeeride in mice was evaluated. Results Compared with the normal group, the model mice showed significant increase in body weight, peri-epididymal fat weight, subcutaneous fat weight, plasma TC, TC and FFA, and hepatic TG level, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment with FZT, plasma TG, hepatic TG contents were significantly reduced, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 compared with the model group). Meanwhile, mice body weight, peri-epididymal fat weight, and subcutaneous fat weight were reduced to various degrees. FZT had no effect on food intake in mice, but showed a trend in inhibiting the rapid increase of the body weight. Conclusion FZT has obvious effect on improving triglycerides metabolism in mice, and inhibiting the intestinal absorption of exogenous lipids may contribute to one of its mechanisms in decreasing triglycerides level. The specific mechanism needs further study.
